Postdoctoral Fellow in Gravitational-Wave Astrophysics Tokyo

The Research Center for the Early Universe (RESCEU) at the University
of Tokyo is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join the gravitational-
wave astrophysics group.  We are seeking candidates with experience in
the field of observational gravitational-wave astrophysics or a related
field.

Postdoctoral fellows will devote 50% of their time to participation in the on-going research activities of the group, and may devote the remainder of their time to independent research. Candidates must have completed the requirements of a Ph.D. at the time of the start of their appointment. The appointment is subject to annual renewal to a maximum of three years, and will include a research support budget. The start date is flexible, but an earlier start date will be preferred.

RESCEU operates a cluster of approximately 350 cores for prototyping and small-scale analysis activities. Gravitational-wave astrophysics group members participate in both the LIGO Scientific Collaboration and KAGRA Collaboration.
