LPF arrives safely at the launch site in Kourou, French Guiana.

LISA Pathfinder (LPF), the test mission to demonstrate new technologies necessary for the planned gravitational wave observatory LISA, arrived in Kourou on October 8th, 2015, in preparation for launch.

LPF arrives at Kourou

This is the first entry in ESA´s LISA Pathfinder launch campaign journal series. Between now and launch, the LISA Pathfinder team at Kourou will share their experiences as they prepare for that big event. Today's contribution is from the project manager, César García Marirrodriga.
